The Threvek Pad is a 2-in-1 therapeutic pillow that combines vibration massage and heat therapy to relieve lower back pain and soreness caused by prolonged sitting. Ergonomically shaped to follow the spine's natural curve, it's designed for anyone dealing with lumbar discomfort — whether from desk work, driving, sciatica, postpartum recovery, or general muscle strain.

Two built-in vibration heads deliver massage across three adjustable modes, while a single heating pad offers three warmth levels — low, medium, and high — so you can personalise your relief session. A 30-minute auto shut-off and built-in overheat protection automatically cut power if the pillow reaches 55°C (131°F), keeping every session safe whether you're actively using it or have drifted off to sleep.

The pillow is filled with 55D high-density memory foam that holds its shape under pressure, providing firm yet comfortable lumbar support without collapsing over time. The outer cover is a soft, breathable 95% polyester and 5% spandex blend — removable via zip and hand washable for easy upkeep.

This pillow uses vibration massage only — kneading is not supported. It must remain connected to a power source during use. The function buttons on the pillowcase are wired to the internal electronics — only the outer fabric cover should be removed for washing.

Protect & Care

Always connect the power cord before use and keep it plugged in throughout your session. This pillow has no built-in battery and cannot operate without a constant power source. Unplug the adapter immediately after each use and never leave the device connected to power unattended for extended periods.

The built-in thermostat automatically stops heating when the pillow reaches 55°C (131°F). The 30-minute auto shut-off provides an additional layer of safety during longer rest sessions. Never cover, fold, or compress the pillow while the heating function is active, and allow it to cool fully before storing.

Unzip and detach the outer cover before washing. Hand wash only using mild detergent and cool or lukewarm water — do not machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry flat and ensure the cover is completely dry before reattaching. Never wash the pillow while the cover is still attached.

The function buttons on the pillowcase are directly connected to the device's internal electronics — only the outer fabric layer should be removed for washing. Never wet, submerge, or expose the inner components, vibration heads, or heating pad to moisture. Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself.

Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid folding or compressing the memory foam filling for prolonged periods as this may affect its support and shape over time. Keep the USB-C cable loosely coiled to avoid damage to the connector.

This pillow supports vibration massage only — kneading is not available. Use the long press to power heating or vibration on and off, and short press to cycle through modes and heat levels. Limit use to one 30-minute session at a time and allow the device to rest between sessions. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort.
