Protect & Care

The Threvek One is USB-powered and must remain connected to a power source during every session. Always ensure the cable is securely connected before use and unplug immediately after each session. Never operate the device with a damaged or frayed cable.

The built-in heat therapy function should never be used for extended periods beyond the recommended session length outlined in your user manual. If the device feels excessively hot during use, discontinue the session immediately and allow it to cool fully before using again.

The cotton base fabric can be wiped down with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the device in water or expose it to moisture. Never machine wash or tumble dry. Always unplug before cleaning and ensure the device is fully dry before next use.
