Product Information

The Threvek Pulse is an ergonomic therapeutic pillow combining massage and adjustable heat therapy. Designed to ease muscle stiffness and relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, it's built for everyday use at home, at your desk, or while travelling.

Two built-in vibration motors deliver targeted massage across three intensity levels — low, medium, and high — so you can dial in exactly the right amount of relief. The integrated heating panel warms to one of three temperature settings (37°C, 45°C, or 55°C), with a built-in thermostat that maintains safe, consistent warmth throughout your session. A 30-minute auto shut-off runs in the background so you can fully switch off without worrying about overheating.

The pillow is filled with 55D high-density memory foam that contours naturally to your neck and shoulder curves, reducing pressure points and encouraging better posture during use. The outer cover is removable and hand washable for easy maintenance. The Threvek Pulse requires a constant power source to operate and is not designed for cordless or rechargeable use.

Protect & Care

Always use the included 5V/2A adapter or a compatible 5V/2A power bank. This product has no built-in battery and is not designed for rechargeable use. As such, it must remain connected to a power source during every session. Unplug after each use.

The built-in thermostat automatically stops heating once the pillow reaches 55°C (131°F). The 30-minute auto shut-off provides an additional layer of protection. Never cover or wrap the device while in use, and allow it to cool fully before storing.

Unzip and fully detach the cover before washing. Hand wash only using mild detergent and cool or lukewarm water. Air dry flat: do not wring, tumble dry, or machine wash. Never reattach the cover until it is completely dry.

Never wash, wet, or submerge the memory foam filling or any electrical parts. Do not attempt to open, repair, or modify the internal components. If a fault develops, contact our support team.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid folding or compressing the pillow for extended periods as this can affect the memory foam. Keep the USB-C cable loosely coiled to prevent damage to the connector.

Limit sessions to the built-in 30-minute cycle and allow the device to rest between sessions.

This device is built for short, targeted sessions to ease everyday muscle and joint tension in the neck, shoulders, and back. It's made for active use in up to 30 minute sessions, not for sleeping or overnight rest.
