In automatic mode, the Cradle cycles through vibration, air compression, and heat to gradually loosen tight muscles and ease built-up tension. The dual vibration motors deliver kneading pulses that stimulate circulation, the air compression gently expands and contracts to create a soft traction effect around the neck, and the heat therapy adds soothing warmth across a large heating panel to deepen the relief. Each function can also be selected manually, letting you focus on a single form of relief at a time through simple button operation, with a color-coded indicator light showing the active mode.

The Cradle is built around a contoured 55D high-density memory foam core that cradles the neck, head, and shoulder curves to support proper alignment during use. A soft polyester pillowcase sits against the skin for comfortable wear across longer sessions, while the internal components house the dual vibration motors, air pump, and heating panel within a compact, pillow-style form. A 30-minute auto-off timer brings each session to a close automatically, and a matching eye mask is included so you can block out light and rest while the massage runs.

The Threvek Cradle is designed for neck and shoulder use specifically, delivering targeted cervical relief rather than full-body coverage. Its automatic and manual modes make it easy to tailor each session, while the 30-minute timer keeps every session within a consistent, controlled length.

Protect & Care

The Threvek Cradle is USB-powered and must remain connected to a power source during every session. It has no built-in battery and is not designed for rechargeable use, so it should always be plugged in via the included 5V/2A adapter, or a compatible 5V/2A power bank, before you begin. Always ensure the cable is securely connected before use and unplug immediately after each session. Never operate the device with a damaged or frayed cable.

The built-in heat therapy function should never be used for extended periods beyond the recommended session length outlined in your user manual. The 30-minute auto-off timer is there to help, but if the device feels excessively hot during use, discontinue the session immediately and allow it to cool fully before using again.

The polyester pillowcase is not removable and should only be surface cleaned. Wipe it down with a soft, lightly damp (half-dry) cloth, taking care not to let moisture reach the internal fillers or electrical components. Do not submerge the device in water or expose it to moisture, and never machine wash or tumble dry. Always unplug before cleaning and ensure the pillowcase is completely dry before the device is used again.

The air compression, vibration, and heating mechanisms are housed internally, so do not apply excessive force, fold aggressively, or compress the device beyond its natural range of movement. Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. Contact our support team if a fault develops.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the Type-C cable loosely coiled to avoid damage to the connector. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the device during storage.
