Product Information

The Threvek Bench is a shiatsu back massage cushion that combines deep-kneading massage, seat vibration, and soothing back heat in a single seat pad. Designed to rest against the back of a chair, it works the full back, waist, and shoulders through moving massage nodes, turning an ordinary seat into a targeted massage station for use at home or in the office.

Four deep-kneading nodes travel up and down the back to knead tight, tired muscles, and you can focus them across three massage zones: the full back, the upper back, or the lower back. The nodes are adjustable and rise to a height of 6 to 7mm to follow the natural curves of your body for closer contact. Built-in back heat can be layered over the massage to warm and relax the muscles of the back, waist, and shoulders, and it can also be used on its own when you want warmth without kneading. Separately, the seat section adds three levels of vibration to bring gentle comfort to the hips and thighs. Note that the heat function applies to the back cushion only, while the seat provides vibration without heating.

The Threvek Bench has a plastic internal housing beneath its soft outer surface, holding the massage mechanism, heating element, and vibration motors within a full-length seat-pad form. Its size, roughly 110cm (43in) tall, is designed to cover the back and seat of a standard chair.

The Threvek Bench is designed to sit on a chair and deliver deep-kneading back massage from a fixed seated position, rather than the worn or handheld operation of Threvek's belt and gun devices. The kneading nodes and back heat work on the back, while the vibration function is dedicated to the seat.

Protect & Care

The Threvek Bench should be placed securely against the back of a stable chair before use, with the massage nodes facing your back and the cushion sitting flat so it cannot slip during a session. Once power details are confirmed: connect only the supplied adapter, ensure the cable is secure before use, and unplug immediately after each session. Never operate the device with a damaged or frayed cable.

This cushion is not suitable for everyone. Do not use it during pregnancy, or if you have recent injuries, a thrombotic (blood clot) condition, inflammation, swelling, or cancer in the area to be massaged. If you use an implanted electrical medical device such as a pacemaker, or you are being treated for any illness or condition, consult a doctor before using the cushion. If you are ever unsure whether it is safe for you, seek medical advice first.

The deep-kneading nodes are firm and powerful. Do not put your full body weight against them, do not press hard bony areas such as the spine directly onto a node, and keep the massage on the muscles either side of the spine. Keep back-massage sessions moderate in length rather than continuous, and stop immediately if you feel any pain, numbness, pinching, or discomfort. Keep hair, loose clothing, and fingers clear of the moving nodes while the device is running.

Wipe the surface with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the cushion in water or expose it to moisture, and never machine wash or tumble dry it, as it contains motors, a heating element, and other electronics. Make sure the cushion is completely dry before use or storage.
The massage mechanism, heating element, and vibration motors are housed internally, so do not fold the cushion aggressively, sit or stand on the node housing, or apply force beyond its natural range. Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. Contact our support team if a fault develops.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, laid flat or loosely rolled rather than sharply folded. Coil the cable loosely to protect the connector. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the cushion during storage.

Use it within sensible session lengths, observe the health cautions above, and discontinue immediately if you experience any pain, numbness, or discomfort.
